Mo Davoudian is an award-winning creative executive, director, and studio leader working at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and business strategy. With more than 20 years of experience across animation, film, games, advertising, immersive media, and AI-driven content, he has built scalable creative pipelines, led multidisciplinary teams, and delivered work for some of the world’s most recognized entertainment brands.
Known for combining creative intuition with operational discipline, Mo guides projects from concept through final delivery while aligning story, artistry, production strategy, and business goals.
His leadership spans creative direction, narrative development, real-time production, AI-assisted workflows, IP development, strategic partnerships, and studio growth. Mo is also committed to developing the next generation of artists and creative leaders. He has taught at ArtCenter College of Design and Laguna College of Art + Design, serves on the Board of Advisors for the RealTime Conference, and is a founding member of the Visual Effects Society.
He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design.
